Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiary Persons Those individuals who hold the status of parent or adopter of a minor person born or adopted between January 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025 will be found in the specific situation determining the granting of the Baby Check aid. In the event of the death of both parents or adopters or the survival of one of them who has the guardianship and custody of the deceased, it will be understood that The determining situation for the granting of aid is that person who, by court ruling, has been assigned the care and custody of the deceased minor.
