Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the website of the Diputación de Valladolid: First. Beneficiaries. ? LINE 1. PROXIMITY TRADE. Self-employed or micro-enterprises that own businesses located in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 400 inhabitants, which have permanent retail sales of products, including bars that provide store service in the municipality. ? LINE 2. STREET VENDING. Self-employed or micro-enterprises that provide street vending services in truck-shop vehicles on an itinerant basis in at least 2 municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 400 inhabitants. The petitioner must be engaged in retail trade outside a permanent commercial establishment of both food products (including beverages and ice cream), as well as textile products, clothing and footwear. Likewise, you must have the corresponding authorizations from the City Councils where you carry out your activity, and comply with the provisions of health legislation regarding food handling and conservation. Catering services and sales at street markets, whether occasional or periodic, will not be permitted. Second. Purpose. These subsidies aim to help maintain the productive fabric and employment in our province, while promoting an increase in the productivity and competitiveness of the economy at the provincial level, as well as new entrepreneurship and the creation of new jobs. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. ? Total amount: 170,000 euros. ? Maximum amount per beneficiary: 2,000 euros. This amount is extended to 2,500 euros in the case, with respect to line 1, that the business is located in a municipality included in the Territorial Development Program for Tierra de Campos, and with respect to line 2, that services are provided in at least 2 municipalities included in the Territorial Development Program for Tierra de Campos. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Until May 30, 2025, included. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible expenses. CURRENT EXPENSES: o Fees derived from registration in the RETA. o Management expenses. o In the case of line 1: ? Rental, electricity and fuel costs for heating the business premises, as long as they are in the name of the beneficiary and the activity is carried out in an independent premises other than the private home. ? Expenses for IBI of the business premises, as long as they are in the name of the beneficiary and the activity is carried out in an independent premises other than the private home or In the case of line 2, insurance expenses for the vehicle affected by the activity. INVESTMENT EXPENSE: o In the case of line 1: ? Renovation or adaptation works of business premises. ? Purchase of specific inventory material for business premises, including computer equipment. o In the case of line 2: investments in storage and preservation equipment for food or products, or other specific material for the sales process (the purchase of vehicles is not included), including computer equipment. Beneficiaries must allocate the aid to the type of expense, current or investment, or both, for which it is granted. VAT will not be eligible. - Eligible period: from January 1 to December 31, 2025. In any case, it will be an essential requirement that the beneficiary maintain the activity on the date of expenditure. - Compatibility: yes, except for both lines with each other. - Requests: through the usual channels. - Documentation: that provided for in the ninth base of the call. - Resolution: unique. - Payment method: the beneficiaries will receive 95% of the subsidy with the character "to be justified" and without the need to provide a guarantee. The remaining 5% will be paid when the entire expense is justified. - Form of justification: through the presentation of the documentation provided for in the nineteenth base of the call. - Maximum justification period: the supporting documentation must be submitted within a period that ends on February 28, 2026.
