Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index): First. Beneficiaries. Centers for Tourism Initiatives and Non-profit Entities. In any case, it will be necessary for the entity to have its headquarters in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants and for the tourist activities to be carried out in the municipality in which the applicant entity has its registered office. In the event that its headquarters are in a municipality with a larger population, it will be necessary to organize activities that are carried out or have a significant impact in municipalities with less than 20,000 inhabitants in the province. The Local Boards or Boards of Holy Week Brotherhoods of the municipalities of the province whose Holy Week is not considered and officially declared a Festival of Tourist Interest (whether regional, national or international) may also request a subsidy. Second. Object. Carrying out tourist activities that promote and encourage tourism in their respective municipalities with the aim of bringing visitors closer to them. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. Total amount: 51,000.00 euros Fifth. Application submission deadline. 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the B.O.P. from Valladolid. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Eligible activities: those provided for in the fifth base of the call. - Eligible expenses: Those related to eligible activities carried out during the year 2025. - Compatibility: yes. - Applications: preferably online. - Documentation: that provided for in the tenth base of the call. - Assessment criteria: quality, age and declaration of festival of tourist interest, (thirteenth basis of the call). - Payment method: after justifying the expense. - Form of justification: through the presentation of a supporting report and a classified list of expenses, in the terms provided for in the twenty-first basis of the call. - Maximum justification period: the following justification periods are established: ? For activities carried out from January 1 to May 31, 2025, the submission period will end on June 30, 2025. ? For activities carried out from June 1 to October 15, 2025, the submission period will end on November 15, 2025. ? Activities carried out after October 15, 2025 may be justified within a period of one month from their completion.
