Approval of the call and indication of the regulatory bases for the subsidies. For the financial year 2025, subsidies are being called for carrying out training actions leading to obtaining professional certificates, Grade C, and certificates of competence, Grade B, aimed primarily at unemployed people. All of this, in accordance with the provisions of Order EFP/942/2022, of September 23, which regulates the training offer of the Vocational Training system in the workplace associated with the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications carried out by the competent administrations, regulatory bases are established, as well as the conditions for its financing, published in the BOE number 239, dated October 5, 2022. Second. Object. The purpose of this resolution is to call for subsidies for the financial year 2025 aimed at carrying out training actions in the Valencian Community aimed primarily at unemployed workers, to obtain the professional qualification that allows them to perform an occupation appropriate to the needs of the labor market and stimulate their employment insertion, through the programming modalities contemplated in the call resolution. Third. Recipients of the courses. The training actions are aimed at unemployed people; employed people may also participate in a percentage that does not exceed 30% of the total number of scheduled participants. In any case, unemployed people will have preference in the selection with respect to employed people. Within the group of employed people, priority will be given to those who have a temporary or part-time contract, as well as workers who are in a situation of suspension of contracts or reduction of working hours as a result of an Employment Regulation File. Room. Beneficiary entities. The beneficiaries of the subsidies will be public or private training centers and entities, as well as companies or business associations with a presence in the territorial area of the Valencian Community, authorized or registered, in the corresponding Registry of Centers of the Vocational Training System to provide the training offers of Grades B and C, in accordance with the programming modalities and requirements established in the call. Fifth. Financing and Amount. The subsidies that are called under this resolution are intended to carry out training actions leading to professional certificates aimed primarily at unemployed people that will be financed with finalist funds from the Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports. These training actions will be linked to the National Catalog of Professional Skills Standards and aimed at obtaining professional certificates, Grade C, certificates of competency, Grade B. A maximum global amount of 48,560,000.00 euros is allocated to meet the subsidies from the subsidy line S0137 of chapter IV of subprogram 322C02, of the budget of Labora Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación del 2024 extended for the year 2025 as established in Decree 193/2024, of December 23, of the Consell, on an estimated basis, with the breakdown that appears in the call.
