Approval of the call and indication of the regulatory bases for the subsidies. For the financial year 2025, subsidies are called for carrying out training actions not conducive to obtaining professional certificates linked to the Catalog of training specialties aimed primarily at unemployed people in accordance with Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, which implements Royal Decree 694/2017, of July 3, which implements Law 30/2015, of 9 of September, which regulates the Vocational Training System for Employment in the workplace, in relation to the training offer of the competent administrations and its financing, and establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies intended for its financing, published in the BOE number 78, of April 1, 2019. Second. Purpose This resolution aims to call for subsidies for the financial year 2025 aimed at carrying out training actions in the Valencian Community aimed primarily at unemployed workers, which provide them with training to carry out an occupation adapted to the needs of the labor market and stimulate their labor insertion, through the programming modalities contemplated in the call. Third. Recipients of the courses In the training actions, aimed at unemployed people, employed people may also participate in a percentage that does not exceed 30 percent of the total number of scheduled participants. In any case, unemployed people will have preference in the selection with respect to employed people. Within the group of employed people, those with a temporary or part-time contract will have priority. Room. Beneficiary entities The beneficiaries of the subsidies will be public or private training centers and entities, as well as companies or business associations with a presence in the territorial area of the Valencian Community, registered in the corresponding Registry of Training Entities for the training specialties subject to training, in accordance with the programming modalities and requirements established in the call. Fifth. Financing and Amount The subsidies that are called under this resolution are intended for the implementation of training actions aimed primarily at unemployed people, which will be financed with finalist funds from the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy for the execution of training initiatives linked to the Catalog of Training Specialties in the workplace and not aimed at obtaining professional certificates. A maximum global amount of 3,135,000.00 euros is allocated to cover the subsidies from subsidy line S0137 of chapter IV of subprogram 322C02, of the Labora Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación budget for 2024 extended for the year 2025, as established in Decree 193/2024, of December 23, of the Consell, with the breakdown that appears in the call, as an estimate: The publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) of the budget law of the Generalitat for the financial year 2025 may imply a variation of the amount recorded in this call, which will be reported through publication in the DOGV. Any variation in the maximum global amount of the call that occurs must be processed in accordance with the provisions of Law 1/2015, of February 6, on Public Finance, the Instrumental Public Sector and Subsidies and in Decree 77/2019, of June 7, of the Consell, regulating the budget management procedure of the Generalitat. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the call resolution in the DOGV.
