Official description of the call

1.- PURPOSE AND RECIPIENT ENTITIES OF THE CALL. EXCLUSIONS The purpose of these Bases is to establish the specific rules within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of this Provincial Council, to regulate access to public subsidies, under the regime of ordinary competitive competition, to Clubs, Associations and Sports Entities of the province of Cáceres, duly registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Government of Extremadura, for the organization of sports activities or events in the province of Cáceres during the year of 2025 and for the participation of these entities in federated sports competitions at the provincial, regional and/or national level. RECIPIENT ENTITIES.- Clubs, Associations and Sports Entities of the province of Cáceres. EXCLUSIONS.- The Clubs, Associations and Sports Entities of the province of Cáceres that receive subsidies from the Provincial Council of Cáceres, through direct concession, with the purpose of organizing sporting events or activities in the province of Cáceres and their participation in federated sports competitions, in the year 2025, that were contemplated in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for the year 2025 (BOP no. 0240 of December 13, 2024) for the same purpose, as well as those processed through the modification of said General Budget, throughout the financial year of 2025. The Sports Federations will not be able to participate in this call as they have another specific subsidy plan for said entities. 2.- BUDGET ALLOCATION AND AMOUNT The amount assigned to this call is recorded in application 05.3411.48506 of the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres, with a total amount of €250,000.00, the total grants awarded may not exceed this amount. Aid will be granted up to a maximum amount of TWO THOUSAND EUROS (2,000.00 EUROS). 3.- REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS The Clubs, Associations and Sports Entities that have their scope of action in the province of Cáceres, that do not receive subsidies from the Provincial Council of Cáceres, through direct concession, with the purpose of organizing sporting events or activities in the province of Cáceres or the participation of these entities in federated sports competitions, in the year may apply for this subsidy and, consequently, may be beneficiaries. 2025, that were contemplated in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres for the year 2025 and that meet the requirements established in article 13 of the LGS. 4.- APPLICATIONS AND SUBMISSION DEADLINE This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. The Internet address to access the electronic headquarters is https://sede.dip-caceres.es. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS.- Applications must be submitted by the interested entities within a period of 20 calendar days, counting from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres, those submitted after the deadline not being admitted. 5.- DOCUMENTS Each entity may submit a single application, completing all the mandatory fields of the general form of the electronic headquarters, and must opt ​​only for one of the two modalities for which it is called: - For the organization of an event or sporting activity. - For participation in federated sports competitions. Applications must be accompanied by the documentation indicated below, on a mandatory basis: - Identification of the applicant, with accreditation through certification from the secretary of the legal representation of the entity and indication of the position held and date of appointment and permanence in it. - Certification from the secretary of the entity of not having economic or institutional dependence on any for-profit entity. - In the case of opting for the subsidy for participation in federated sports competitions: Certificate from the corresponding Federation indicating the competition(s) and category(s) in which the applicant entity participates, the number of years that the Entity has been participating in the competition and the number of federative licenses. - In the case of opting for the subsidy for the organization of a
