It can also be consulted on the portal of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, in the section on aid to local entities, Aid from the General Local Economic Cooperation and FCL 2025. First.- Beneficiaries. 1.- Municipalities with a population of more than 1,000 inhabitants and less than or equal to 20,000 inhabitants. 2.- Municipalities with a population of less than or equal to 1,000 inhabitants. Second.- Object and purpose. Subsidies for investments in: a) Infrastructure and equipment for minimum and mandatory municipal services. b) Infrastructure and equipment of other services of local community interest provided by local entities. Third.- Regulatory bases. Order PRE/804/2022, of June 30, of the Ministry of the Presidency, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for investments by local entities of the Territorial Cohesion Fund in Castilla y León. Fourth.- Amount. 1.- The amount of the Territorial Cohesion Fund that corresponds to each of the municipalities with a population greater than 1,000 inhabitants and less than or equal to 20,000 inhabitants is that indicated in Annex I that accompanies this Order, for a total amount of 10,184,802.16 euros. 2.- The amount of the Territorial Cohesion Fund that corresponds to each of the municipalities with a population of less than or equal to 1,000 inhabitants is that indicated in Annex II accompanying this Order, for a total amount of 9,815,197.84 euros. 3.- In the case of municipalities with a population greater than 1,000 inhabitants and less than or equal to 20,000 inhabitants, the subsidies granted may not exceed 75% of the budget considered, and the municipality must contribute, in any case and at least, 25% of said budget. 4.- 2. For municipalities with a population of less than or equal to 1,000 inhabitants, the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, the provincial council and the affected municipality will participate in the financing of each project. The subsidies granted may not exceed 50% of the budget considered, and the municipality must provide, in any case and at least, 25% of said budget and the corresponding Provincial Council the rest of the financing. Through a collaboration agreement between the Autonomous Community and the corresponding Provincial Council, the participation of the administrations involved in the financing of the projects has been specified, being, in any case, the percentage of co-financing of the Autonomous Community the highest of the three administrations. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. 1.- The last day for the presentation of the necessary documentation for the processing of subsidies aimed at investments of municipalities with a population greater than 1,000 inhabitants and less than or equal to 20,0000 inhabitants of Castilla y León, regulated in the Second Section, will be May 5, 2025. 2.- The part of the Territorial Cohesion Fund that corresponds to the group of municipalities with a population less than or equal to 1,000 inhabitants of each province will be managed by the corresponding provincial council, in the terms provided in this article and in the respective collaboration agreement signed by this Autonomous Administration and each of the Provincial Councils of the Community. The beneficiary municipalities will present the documentation referred to in the seventh article of this Order before the corresponding Provincial Council, in the manner and within the period determined by the Provincial Council itself.
