Official description of the call

First. Beneficiary entities: They may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this order, as long as they meet the requirements of article 12 of the Cantabria Law 10/2006, of July 17, on Cantabria Subsidies: a) The associative entities of cooperatives, labor companies and regional integration companies. b) Professional associations of self-employed workers of an intersectoral and regional nature. Second. Purpose: 1. The purpose of this order is to approve the call for the year 2025 for subsidies intended to contribute to the financing of the expenses derived from carrying out activities to promote and disseminate the social economy and self-employment, as well as the partial financing of the internal organization and operation expenses of the associations of cooperatives, labor companies, insertion companies and self-employed workers, established and that carry out their activity on a regular basis in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, to facilitate the fulfillment of the purposes of these entities, through the following aid programs: a) Program I: Activities to promote and disseminate the social economy and self-employment. Aid aimed at promoting training, promotion and dissemination activities of the Social Economy and self-employment. b) Program II: Support for entities representing the social economy and self-employment. Aid intended to cover the costs of internal organization and operation of cooperative associations, labor societies, insertion companies and associations of self-employed workers. 2. The territorial scope of application will be the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. 3. The eligible actions contained in this order will be extended to the assumptions carried out from January 1, 2025 to November 10 of the same year. Third. Regulatory Bases: Order EPS/17/2022, of June 13 (B.O.C. number 119 of June 21), modified by Order IND/7/2025, of March 5, (BOC number 48, of March 11, 2025). Room. Financing: 1. The subsidies called for by this order will be financed from budget application 12.04.494M.485, “Promotion and dissemination of the social economy and self-employment” of the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the year 2025, for a maximum amount of 300,000 euros. 2. Of the amount allocated in item 12.04.494M.485, 80% will be allocated to Program I and 20% to Program II. These percentages may be subject to redistribution in the event that in any of the actions there are not sufficient or adequate requests or there is excess credit. Fifth. Amount: Program I: Activities to promote and disseminate the Social Economy and Self-Employed Work. 1. The amount of the subsidy will be determined by applying the objective criteria set out in section Ninth of this order, in proportion to the score obtained, and may reach the entire cost of the eligible activity, with the limit established in point 4 of this section, although 100% must be justified. 2. Expenses paid by the applicant entity for the provision of services to other associative entities that it is a member of or in which it is a member will not be eligible for subsidies under this program. Nor will any expenses related to restoration be eligible for subsidies. 3. The limits established for Group 2 personnel in Decree 36/2011, of May 5, on compensation and compensation for service will apply to transportation, accommodation and subsistence expenses. 4. Projects must be presented in the relationship model included as Annex IV to this call. The number of projects to be awarded to each applicant entity may not exceed 4. The joint amount of all subsidies granted to the same entity for all or any of the training, promotion and dissemination activities may not exceed the figure of 20,000 euros. If more than 4 projects are evaluated, those with the highest technical evaluation will be chosen, and in the event of a tie, according to the priority established in the documentation presented by the requesting entity. Program II: Support for entities representing the Social Economy and Self-employment 1. Up to 80% of the expenses established in point 2 of section may be subsidized.
