BDNS (identif.): 824126 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. – Beneficiary entities. a) Women's associations and federations of women's associations. b) Associations whose corporate purpose is aimed at the prevention, study and intervention against diseases that mainly affect women. c) Sociocultural associations and federations with a women's section or whose board of directors is made up entirely of women. d) Unions and business organizations with a women's section, secretariat, area or program. All these entities must meet the requirements set forth in article 2 of Order UIC/7/2023, of April 10, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to women's associations and other non-profit organizations to promote equality. Second. - Object. Projects carried out in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, between January 1 and December 31, 2025, that promote the participation of women, their empowerment, as well as the associative fabric with the objective of achieving real and effective equality between women and men will be subject to subsidy: a) Projects that contribute to the elimination of any type of discrimination against women and to achieving equal opportunities between women and men through positive actions specific for women. b) Projects that promote women's access to employment and promote the acquisition of skills and personal abilities for their employment. c) Projects that contribute to promoting the reconciliation of work and personal life and co-responsibility in the distribution of responsibilities in the family nucleus between women and men. d) Activity projects aimed at energizing, motivating and promoting the women's associative movement that contribute to their empowerment and that create, foster and strengthen networks of women's associations. e) Projects that contribute to informing and raising awareness about the participation of women in various fields such as science, culture, politics, sports and literature. f) Projects that promote women's health through awareness-raising, information, support and care activities for physical and/or mental illnesses or conditions that affect them, preferably by carrying out activities that are carried out in groups. g) Projects that promote intergenerational and interterritorial relationships between women for the creation of networks between women. The number of projects to be subsidized is limited to two per entity. Third. - Regulatory bases. Order UIC/7/2023, of April 10, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to women's associations and other non-profit organizations for the promotion of equality, modified by Order ISO/03/2024, of March 5, which modifies Order UIC/7/2023, of April 10. Room. - Amount. The amount of the subsidy to be received for each project or action will be variable and will be calculated by dividing the amount of the authorized credit by the number of points obtained for all the evaluated applications, which will give the value of the point, which must subsequently be multiplied by the score obtained for each project. In the event that the first distribution results in a surplus, successive distributions will be made until the amount of the authorized credit is exhausted. The maximum amount of the subsidy to be received by each entity, for the set of projects requested, may not exceed €4,000.00 maximum amount to be granted in the call. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. Fifteen business days counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. The applications, addressed to the person in charge of the department with powers in matters of equality and women, will be made in the official model that is included as Annex I of the call for the year 2025, accompanied by the documentation provided for in article 7 of the Resolution calling for the subsidy, signed with
