Official description of the call

BDNS (id): 824411 First. – Beneficiaries. a) Municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. b) Legally constituted associations, made up exclusively of municipalities belonging to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. If the municipality is part of a community that submits an application, they cannot be submitted individually. All these entities must meet the requirements set forth in Order UIC/5/2022, of February 14, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to municipalities and associations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in order to promote the implementation of strategic plans for the promotion of equality in the territory, published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria No. 36, of February 22, 2022. Second. - Object. They will be the subject of a competitive subsidy to municipalities and associations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in order to promote the implementation of strategic plans for the promotion of equality in the territory from January 1 to December 31, 2025. They must have at least the following minimum content: 1) Personal, territorial and temporal scope. 2) Diagnosis of the previous situation of the territory, especially considering the social inequality that affects women. 3) Definition of qualitative and quantitative objectives of the plan. 4) Description of specific measures, execution period, groups to which they are directed and prioritization of the same and design of indicators that allow determining the evolution of each measure with measurement of data disaggregated by sex of the beneficiaries and comprehensive of the effectiveness of the equality measures to be applied. 5) Identification of the means and resources, both material and human, necessary for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of each of the measures and objectives. 6) Calendar of actions for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the plan measures. 7) Monitoring, evaluation and periodic review system. 8) Composition and operation of the commission or joint body in charge of monitoring, evaluation and periodic review of the plan. The number of projects to be subsidized is limited to one per entity. The work to prepare the strategic plan must be carried out and signed electronically by professionals with specific training with a minimum of 300 hours in equality matters. Third. - Regulatory bases. Order UIC/5/2022, of February 14, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to municipalities and associations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, in order to promote the implementation of strategic plans for the promotion of equality in the territory, published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria No. 36, of February 22, 2022. Fourth. - Amount. The maximum amount to be received by each beneficiary will be €6,000.00. The amount of the subsidy to be received for each project will be variable and will be calculated by dividing the amount of the authorized credit by the number of points obtained for all the evaluated applications, which will give the value of the point, which must subsequently be multiplied by the score obtained for each project. In the event that the first distribution results in a surplus, successive distributions will be made up to the limit of the maximum amount to be received by each beneficiary. In any case, the amount to be granted will be limited by the subsidy requested by the beneficiary entity for each project presented, and it is not necessary to exhaust the entire available budget credit. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. Twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria. The applications, signed with an electronic certificate by the person holding the legal representation of the entity, will be addressed to the person in charge of the department with powers in matters of equality and women. They will be made in the official model that is included as Annex I of the call for 2025, accompanied by the documentation provided for in article 6 of the Resolution calling for the subsidy. Sixth. - Other data. The application model and the rest of the complementary models will be available on the Government Institutional Portal
