Beneficiary entities. Entities that meet the requirements indicated in article 2 of Order 7/2024, of November 13, 2024, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Projects that have already been fully financed by this or another administration are not eligible. Second. Object. Financing programs of general interest regarding diversity, through the projects listed in Annex A of the resolution and those others of general interest proposed by entities aimed at promoting the promotion and development of the value of diversity, equality and non-discrimination. The call is aimed at the Roma people, the defense of sexual diversity, victims of hate crimes, support for people with HIV and STIs, and the promotion of ethnic and cultural diversity. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order 7/2024, of November 13, 2024, of the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to non-profit entities and entities that make up the local administration to finance projects to support diversity (DOGV no. 9984, of 11/15/2024). Room. Budget allocation. The estimated maximum amount to be financed is as follows: Line name: Promotion of equality. Purpose: Provide support to programs and actions aimed at achieving equality for LGTBIQ+ people in all areas, especially those considered priorities in the Valencian Strategy for LGTBIQ+ Equality. Subsidy line: S0316 Amount: €330,000.00 Fifth. Presentation deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 days, counting from the day following the publication of the extracts of the resolution in the DOGV. Sixth. Form of presentation. Eighth. Justification. Through the presentation of economic documentation justifying the amount granted and a technical report of the subsidized project.
