Extract from the Decree of March 26, 2025 of the President Councilor of the District of San Blas-Canillejas, which approves the ordinary call for subsidies to promote associations for the 2025 annuity and early call for the 2026 annuity. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries. Affiliated base associations with headquarters in the district of San Blas Canillejas that are registered in Section 1 in the Municipal Census of Citizen Entities and Groups of the Madrid City Council and that meet the requirements established in the Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies approved by plenary agreement of October 30, 2013 - OBRGS - and the Ordinance 3/2023, of November 28, which modifies the Ordinance of Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, of October 30, 2013. Second. Object. Support citizen entities that develop projects that contribute to the promotion of associations and participatory democracy; as well as, defray operating expenses, rent and technological development for the operation of the headquarters or other spaces in which citizen entities carry out their usual activities. Third. Regulatory bases. Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies of October 30, 2013 and Ordinance 3/2023, of November 28, which modifies the Ordinance of Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, of October 30, 2013, published on www.madrid.es. Room. Amount. The total amount allocated to the 2025 annual call amounts to 70,000 euros, which will be distributed as follows: “Projects” modality: 10,000 euros. Modality of “Operating expenses of corporate headquarters or other spaces”: 60,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy will be considered a certain amount for the purposes of the provisions of article 18.1 of the OBRGS, understanding that the difference in financing necessary for the full execution of the subsidized project or activity is the responsibility of the beneficiary entity, and public financing must be reimbursed, where appropriate, for the amount by which it exceeds the total cost of said activity. The total amount allocated to the 2026 annual call amounts to 70,000 euros, conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding year, which will be distributed as follows: “Project” modality: 10,000 euros. Modality of “Operating expenses of corporate headquarters or other spaces”: 60,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy will be considered a certain amount for the purposes of the provisions of article 18.1 of the OBRGS, understanding that the difference in financing necessary for the full execution of the subsidized project or activity is the responsibility of the beneficiary entity, and public financing must be reimbursed, where appropriate, for the amount by which it exceeds the total cost of said activity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The submission period will be 15 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth. Other data. This call is made on a competitive basis, according to article 23.1 of the OBRGS. Subsidy applications will be formalized according to the model that appears as the subsidy application in this call. For the Project modality, along with the subsidy application, the completed Annex I model will be attached. For the Operating Expenses of corporate headquarters or other spaces modality, the completed Annex II model will be attached to the subsidy application.
