Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Farmers and ranchers who own agricultural holdings located in the Autonomous Community and meet the requirements established in the Bases and the Call. Second.- Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of this aid is direct payments to agriculture and livestock to support farmers' income maintenance, and establishing the following types of aid: a).- Basic income aid for sustainability (AYUD0007T11) b).- Complementary redistributive income aid for sustainability (AYUD0007T11) c).- Complementary income aid for young farmers (AYUD0007T11) d).- Regimes in favor of the climate, the environment and animal welfare. 1. Carbon agriculture and agroecology: Extensive grazing, mowing and biodiversity on Wet Pasture surfaces (AYUD0007T12) 2. Carbon agriculture and agroecology: Extensive grazing, mowing and biodiversity on Mediterranean Pasture surfaces (AYUD0007T12) 3. Carbon agriculture and agroecology: Rotations and direct sowing on dryland croplands (AYUD0007T25) 4. Carbon farming and agroecology: Rotations and direct seeding on wet rainfed croplands (AYUD0007T25) 5. Carbon farming and agroecology: Rotations and direct seeding on irrigated croplands (AYUD0007T25) 6. Carbon farming: Vegetative covers and inert covers on woody crops on flat lands (AYUD0007T26). e).- Associated income aid 1.- Direct payments associated with farmers 1.1 Aid associated with the sustainable production of proteins of plant origin. Protein Plan (AYUD0007T05) 2.- Direct payments associated with farmers 2.1 Associated aid for extensive beef cattle farmers (AYUD0007T03) 2.2 Associated aid for fattening calves on the birth farm (AYUD0007T04) 2.3 Associated aid for sustainable fattening of calves (AYUD0007T17) 2.4 Associated aid for the sustainable production of cow's milk (AYUD0007T13) 2.5 Associated aid for extensive and semi-extensive sheep and goat meat farmers (AYUD0007T14) 2.6 Associated aid for the sustainable production of sheep and goat milk (AYUD0007T02) Third.- Regulatory bases. They are included in the Resolution of April 7, 2025, of the Ministry of Rural Environment and Agrarian Policy, which approves the Regulatory Bases and the Call for Interventions in the form of direct payments to agriculture and livestock and Rural Development Interventions within the Integrated Management and Control System (SIGC) contained in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of Spain 2023-2027, 2025 campaign. Fourth.- Amount. An amount of 66,500,000 euros is established, with the following estimated distribution of annuities: 46,500,000 euros charged to the 2025 budget year and 20,000,000 euros charged to the 2026 budget year. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications. As of the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPA and May 15, 2025. Sixth.- Other data.
