Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons who legally and effectively reside, under any legal title, in single-family or multi-family homes located on the ground floor, provided that said homes, along with their furniture, fixtures and appliances, have been seriously affected by DANA. The homes must be located within the municipal area of Vilamarxant and must include an expert report contracted and presented to the city council. Natural persons who own properties that are not their habitual residence, and in which no economic activity is carried out. These properties include homes located on the ground floor where there is no effective residence, warehouses, ground floors or other similar properties, provided they have suffered damage caused by DANA. The properties must be located within the municipal area of Vilamarxant and must include an expert report contracted and presented to the city council. Second. Purpose: The aid will go to: - Damage that affects the structure of the home. - Damage that does not affect the structure of the home. - Destruction or damage to essential household goods. - Damage to common elements of general use of a Community of Owners under a horizontal property regime. Third. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance of the Vilamarxant City Council. (BOP núm. 248, de 29 de diciembre de 2017). Financing: The maximum amount assigned to finance this aid is 184,354.44 euros, which will be allocated to the following budget application: • 16,231,780.00 Immediate social care (Sub. investment expenses) Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications is 1 month, starting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia.
