Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid must meet the following requirements: 1. Be 65 years of age or older as of October 31, 2026, or be in possession of a disability certificate with a degree equal to or greater than 64%. 2. Be registered in the municipality of Meliana for at least 1 year as of October 31, 2026. 3. Be up to date with compliance with the obligations with the Tax Agency and Social Security and with the tax obligations of the Meliana City Council. 4. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 5. Not incur any of the causes of exclusion or incompatibility specified in the tenth base. These requirements will have to be met on the date of the aid application. Second. Object and legal regime. The object is contemplated in section one of the bases. Legal regime: Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies and Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law. Third. Amount of aid. The credit for the aid regulated in these bases will be charged to chapter IV, budget application 05.92400.48000 “Municipal contribution targets FGV” of the general budgets of the Meliana City Council. The total amount of the program will be €22,000. For the period 2026/2027, the cost of the FGV transport ticket will be €116.40 for people over 65 years of age and €87.30 for people with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 64%, plus €2 for the cost of reactivating already issued cards and €4 in the case of issuing new cards. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be as indicated in base 5. Applications will be submitted at the Primary Care Social Services Center of the Meliana City Council, calle Ramón y Cajal 4, 46133 Meliana (Valencia) or by electronic means at the Electronic Headquarters of the Meliana City Council in accordance with the provisions of article 14, Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In accordance with what is specified in the General Law of Subsidies, the granting administrations will communicate to the National Subsidies Database the text of the call and the information required by the Database. The BDNS will transfer the extract of the call to the corresponding official journal for publication. The call for these aids will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province, through the BDNS, according to the legally established procedure. Sixth. Documentation to present. Duly completed applications must be accompanied by the following documentation: a) Application-instance (according to the model attached as Annex I). b) The presentation of the application will entail authorization by the applicant so that the City Council can directly obtain, through telematic certifications, the AEAT and TGSS certifications. c) DNI, NIE or passport. d) Certificate of disability equal to or greater than 64% e) In the case of first issuance or renewal of an expired card: recent photograph in JPG format (only presentation through the Electronic Office).
