Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid must meet the following requirements: 1. Be 65 years of age or older as of October 31, 2026, or be in possession of a disability certificate with a degree equal to or greater than 64%. 2. Be registered in the municipality of Meliana for at least 1 year as of October 31, 2026. 3. Be up to date with compliance with the obligations with the Tax Agency and Social Security and with the tax obligations of the Meliana City Council. 4. Not be subject to any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary indicated in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. 5. The object is contemplated in section one of the bases.
