EXTRACT OF THE REGULATORY BASES FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES THROUGH FREE COMPETITIVE COMPETITION CITY COUNCIL OF CEE 2025. BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 la) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract from the bases whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). 1. Purpose and object. The purpose of this call is to develop actions to promote cultural manifestations for the benefit of local cultural development, defined in the scope of article 25.2. section m) of Law 7/1985 Regulating the bases of the Local Regime. The purpose of these bases and the corresponding call is the promotion and encouragement of cultural manifestations, subsidizing activities carried out in the Cee City Council, with the purpose of supporting local non-profit entities in the creation or maintenance of activities, promotion of culture in general and organization of cultural events. 2. Beneficiaries. Private non-profit entities, specifically legally constituted associations, registered in the Registry of Associations of the Xunta de Galicia and in the Municipal Registry of Associations, which have their registered office and carry out their activities in the City Council of Cee. 3. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases that will govern the granting of subsidies for cultural activities through free competitive competition Cee City Council 2024 are those approved on April 8 (Decree File 2025/G003/000288). 4. Budget credit. In the Municipal Budget for the year 2025, budget item 340/489.01 was approved by the Municipal Plenary with an allocation of €20,100. 5. Eligible expenses and evaluation criteria. 5.1. Eligible expenses. They are those that undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized activity. Expenses of personnel with an employment contract with the requesting entity necessary for the realization and development of the activity. Insurance and/or security expenses for the development of the activity for which assistance is requested: civil liability and, if applicable, accident coverage of the activity. Advertising expenses of the activity for which the subsidy is requested. Public address rental expenses are, lighting and infrastructure that are essential and necessary for the development of the activity. Expenses for the development of cultural performances: rental of boxes, tents, platforms, office supplies, monitors of activities and performances, etc. Expenses for courses, talks and workshops of a cultural nature (fees). Organization expenses: organizing companies and activities and current expenses of the entity destined to the execution of the activities for which the subsidy is requested. 5.2. Valuation Criteria. to. General criteria. The granting of subsidies corresponds, following a technical report, to the Mayor's Office-Presidency. The maximum amount or amount to be received by the same entity will be €2,000. This subsidy is compatible with other aid from public or private entities, except for nominative subsidies granted by the Cee City Council. In no case may the amount of the municipal subsidy be of such an amount that, in conjunction with other income, subsidies or aid, it exceeds the cost of the activity justified by the beneficiary. b. Specific criteria. For the evaluation of the applications, the following specific criteria will be taken into account: SCORE CRITERIA Seniority (the date that will be taken into account will be the date of registration in the Registry of Associations of the Xunta de Galicia at a rate of 0.5 points for each year). Maximum: 10 points Number of partners: 0.05 points for each partner. Maximum: 10 points Events: 10 points for each event organized by the entity. Maximum: 30 points Activities: 1.25 points for each activity organized by the entity. Maximum: 5 points Number of teachers or monitors: each teacher or monitor who teaches an activity with a minimum duration of 30 hours will be valued at a rate of 5 points. Maximum: 10 points Number of students: it will be valued at a rate of 0.5 points for each student participating in activities that last a minimum of 30 hours. Maximum:10
