REGULATORY BASIS OF AID FOR BIRTH OR ADOPTION Purpose of the subsidy. Financial benefits aimed at covering expenses intended to cover basic family needs constitute one of the fundamental elements of social inclusion, in addition to responding to a subjective right of citizens. Being aware that the birth or adoption of a boy or girl involves initial expenses that families have to face, from the Palmera City Council we want to help families who have sons or daughters by birth or adoption by launching the Check-Baby program. Considering this, the purpose of these bases is to grant aid to cover maintenance expenses, directly linked to the birth or adoption of a child. The granting of these aids will be carried out through the non-competitive competition regime. Financing The amount of €3,000.00 is allocated for the granting of the aid called, which will be financed by the charge to application 231 480 01 of the statement of expenses of the municipal budget for the year 2025. This credit may increase in the event that it remains insufficient to meet all the applications submitted and that comply with the requirements established in these bases. Amounts The amount of aid will be €400.00 per child born or adopted, until the available credit is exhausted, without you being able to request more than one aid for this concept for each birth or adoption.
