Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries are non-profit cultural entities established, with headquarters in Ripoll and that carry out their activity in the municipality and legally constituted Neighborhood Associations. Second. Purpose The regulatory bases approved for this purpose contemplate three programs. Program A of financial support for the ordinary operation of local entities, Program B of support for the organization of specific or extraordinary cultural events and Program C of support for neighborhood associations for the organization of neighborhood festivals Subsidized projects: Program A of support for the ordinary operation of cultural entities in Ripoll. Intended to finance current expenses for the ordinary operation of the entities, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Program B to support the organization of specific cultural events. Intended to finance expenses for the organization of specific or extraordinary cultural events, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Program C to support the organization of neighborhood parties. Intended to finance the organization costs of neighborhood festivals, from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Third. Regulatory bases The Ripoll City Council approves this call for subsidies in accordance with the specific regulatory bases approved by the Ripoll City Council in a plenary session dated July 30, 2024 and published in the BOP Girona 192 dated October 4, 2024. Fourth.- Amount The amount of the budget allocation intended for the granting of subsidies to cultural entities, annual 2025, is distributed in different Budget items: 11330 3300 4800001 Culture subsidies. Maximum amount 15,230.00 euros 11350 3371 4800001 Other youth and party transfers. Maximum amount 6,000.00 euros 11370 2310 4800001 Transfers to various entities. Maximum amount 4,050.00 euros 11350 3380 4801001 AAVV transfers for neighborhood festivals. Maximum amount 4,500.00 euros Fifth. Deadline for submitting the application The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (both inclusive). Sixth.- Maximum amount of the subsidy The maximum amount of the subsidy will be: For Program A, the maximum total amount of the subsidy awarded may not be greater than the amount of 2,000.00 euros nor less than 150.00 euros. For Program B, the maximum total amount of the subsidy awarded may not exceed the amount of €20,000.00 or 50% of the cost of the event. For Program C, the maximum total amount of the subsidy awarded will be 50% of the cost of the event, with a maximum of 500.00 euros. Seventh.
