FIRST. Beneficiaries In cases of death, persons who meet the conditions indicated below may be beneficiaries of this aid, as indirect victims: a) The spouse of the deceased person, not legally separated, or the person who had been living with the deceased permanently, with an emotional relationship analogous to that of the spouse, for at least two years prior to the date of death. b) The minor children of the person deceased.c) The adult children of the deceased person, or those who are not, of any of the persons referred to in paragraph a).d) In the absence of the persons mentioned in the previous paragraphs, the parents of the deceased person will be beneficiaries of the aid.e) Blood relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity. If there is more than one person entitled to be a beneficiary of this aid, priority will be given based on the following order of priority: 1. Spouse or legally recognized de facto partner.2. Sons and daughters of the deceased person, in equal parts.3. Fathers and mothers of the deceased person, in the event that there are no children.4. Brothers and sisters, in case of absence of the above.5. Grandfathers and grandmothers, in case of absence of the above.6. Other blood relatives up to the fourth degree, in the absence of the above. Purpose The purpose of these rules is to regulate the granting of direct financial aid to people who have lost a family member as a result of DANA in the municipality of Algemesí, in application of Royal Decree Law 7/2024, of November 11, by which urgent measures are adopted for the Immediate Response, Reconstruction and Relaunch Plan. These aid will only apply when the death has been directly caused by DANA in the municipality of Algemesí. THIRD. The amount of aid will be 10,000 euros for each deceased family member.2. Compatibility of different aids.
