FIRST. Beneficiaries 1. Possess Spanish nationality, from one of the member states of the European Union or from a state party to the agreement on the European Socioeconomic Area. 2. Natural persons enrolled in official higher education studies within the territory of the Valencian Community and who carry out their official studies and/or training practices in person abroad within the framework of the Erasmus programs or other international programs in the 2024-2025 academic year. 2.a. In the case of students who request mobility aid in the national SICUE/SÉNECA program, in addition to what is established in section 3.1., they will have to be enrolled in a minimum of 75% of the credits of the current academic year. 3. Only natural persons residing in the municipality of Algemesí who have a maximum age of 30 years and who are registered in the municipal registry of inhabitants as of 01/01/2024 can be beneficiaries of the scholarship. 4. Be accredited as a SICUE/SÉNECA, Erasmus or other international programs scholarship holder for the 2024-2025 academic year. SECOND. Purpose The purpose of these regulatory bases is the award of complementary aid to students and higher graduates from the municipality who travel outside Spanish territory within the framework of the Erasmus programs or other international programs in the 2024-25 academic year.
