Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following entities may benefit from the subsidies regulated in this resolution: a) Agricultural Professional Organizations that are general and regional in nature, which are part of a state-level structure, which in turn is a member of the Committee of Agricultural Professional Organizations. b) The associative entities representing the agricultural cooperatives of Castilla-La Mancha, non-profit, regional, and that are part of the participation and advisory bodies of this Ministry. Second. Object. Call, under a competitive competition regime, for the year 2025, aid in accordance with Order 68/2021, of May 21, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to professional agricultural organizations and non-profit associative entities, for the development of the representation and defense of their associated persons in public policies related to the agricultural sector. Third. Regulatory bases. Amount. The amount of the aid will be the amount resulting from the proportional distribution of the total amount assigned to each call based on the points obtained in the previous section, with the limit of the expenses considered eligible for subsidies that have been justified. Notwithstanding the above, the maximum limit of the amount of aid to be received per beneficiary is established at 30% of the total amount of this call. The aid of this resolution will be financed from the general budgets of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha for 2025, with an amount of 700,000 euros Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the National Subsidies Database and in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha Sixth. Other data. The purpose of this aid is to collaborate with the organizations provided for in the previous section, to maintain their operation and the collaboration they provide to this Department through the different participation and advisory bodies, consequently improving the service provided to the agricultural sector in general.
