Official description of the call
First.-Beneficiaries: Natural or legal persons who own beekeeping operations. Second.-Purpose: Improve the profitability of beekeeping operations, reduced by the presence of Vespa velutina and adverse weather conditions, thus contributing to their modernization and development due to their important economic and ecological role for the environment and the population. Third.-Regulatory bases: Resolution of March 6, 2019, of the Ministry of Rural Development and Natural Resources, which approves the regulatory bases for aid under the de minimis regime and intended for beekeeping farms (BOPA 03/14/2019). Fourth.-Amount: The total amount for which the aid is called is €76,083.00. Fifth.-Deadline for submitting applications: 20 business days counted from the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias of this extract. Sixth.-Other information: The public information sheet is published in the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias (https://sede.asturias.es) and can be located by entering the code AYUD0162T01 in the header search engine (located in the upper right part of the page) and accessing the link "Aid for improving the profitability of beekeeping farms." Through this link you can view a page in whose "Related documentation" section you will find the full text of the call resolution, the standard application form and the models of each of the annexes. In the "Basic regulations" section, you will find the full text of the resolution on the regulatory bases of the aid. Applications must be submitted by electronic means by the interested parties directly, or by those persons who prove their representation by any legally valid means, through the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias or another electronic record of any of the subjects referred to in article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Procedure of Public Administrations. However, applicants who have the status of natural person, by virtue of the provisions of article 14.1 of Law 39/2015, may choose whether to communicate with the Public Administrations through electronic means or not and, therefore, may submit their application in any of the registries of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias, or by any of the means established in article 16 of Law 39/2015.
