The object of this line of subsidy is the hiring of people with addiction problems in the process of social incorporation, with the aim of facilitating their access to the labor market, encouraging their incorporation and stability in employment through employment contracts provided for in current labor legislation. Room. Regulatory Bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime aimed at promoting the employment of people with addiction problems in the process of social incorporation "Arquímedes Program", within the scope of the powers of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, approved by Order of November 5, 2025 (BOJA no. 219, of November 11, 2024). Fifth. Amount. The amount will be 1,323 euros per month, for each: . - Contract for an indefinite period. . - Contract for a fixed duration of 3 to 12 months. . The full working day will include that established by current labor legislation, unless a lower one has been established by the entity's Collective Agreement. For each part-time contract, the amount of the aid will be calculated proportionally to the amounts provided for in the previous sections, provided that the working day is at least 40% of that established for full-time work in the corresponding agreement and sector. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be open until October 31, 2029 or when budget availability is exhausted, and will begin on the day following the day this call and its extract are published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, in accordance with the provisions of article 12 of the Type Regulatory Bases.
