Official description of the call
First.- Purpose: The purpose of this call is the granting of public subsidies for the financing of projects that promote and support actions aimed at promoting associations of women and feminist and LGTBIQ+ groups with the financing of projects with a clear feminist perspective and promoting their projects for the promotion of gender equality, and the fight against gender violence and LGTBIQ+phobia in the City of Xàtiva, carried out from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 included. Second.- Beneficiaries: Applications may be submitted, provided that: a) The associations are legally constituted. b) They are registered in the Municipal Registry of Municipal Associations of Xàtiva. c) Associations will have to be up to date with compliance with tax obligations in the Treasury, Treasury and Xàtiva City Council. d) Not be subject to the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. e) Have justified, where appropriate, the subsidies granted by this City Council in the previous financial year. f) The association's statutes must contain, among its purposes, the promotion of gender equality. g) Accompany the documents listed in clause TEN. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases by which the call for the granting by competitive concurrence of subsidies aimed at promoting projects with a feminist perspective for the promotion of equality carried out by women's associations, feminist and LGTBIQ+ groups of Xàtiva is regulated. Fiscal Year 2025, they are available on the transparency portal and on the Municipal Notice Board. https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/ Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting the application will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the announcement of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Registration can only be done electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Xàtiva City Council: https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/ Fifth.- Documentation: That indicated in the tenth clause of the regulatory bases by which the call for the granting of subsidies through competitive competition is regulated for the promotion of projects with a feminist perspective for the promotion of equality carried out by women's associations, feminist groups and LGTBIQ+ of Xàtiva. Fiscal year 2025 Sixth.- Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board of the Xàtiva City Council.
