Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The Municipalities of the Province of Valladolid to which a subsidy has been assigned by Resolution of December 19, 2024, of the General Secretariat of Territorial Coordination (BOE No. 6 of January 7, 2025) of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory, for recovery of damage caused to municipal infrastructure as a consequence of the adverse meteorological phenomenon that occurred in the province of Valladolid on January 19, 2024 known as Borrasca Juan. These municipalities are listed in Annex I to the call. Second. Purpose The granting of aid to complete the subsidy granted by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory so that it can reach 100% of the investment projects approved for said Entities, considering that the Ministry already finances 50%. The actions susceptible to obtaining aid are listed in Annex I to the Call, as well as the maximum amounts of the subsidy to be received (50% of the amount of investment projects approved by the Ministry). Third. Regulatory bases General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount The estimated budget of the aid to be granted is 246,721.68 euros, an amount that includes the 50% not financed by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory of the investment projects approved for the province of Valladolid in accordance with the Resolution of December 19, 2024, of the General Secretariat for Territorial Coordination. The individual amount of each subsidy to be granted will be 50% of the investment considered by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory according to the aforementioned Resolution. However, this percentage may be reduced in the event that the Local Entity itself makes a request for a lower amount, or due to the existence of other aid from Public or Private Institutions whose sum exceeds 100% of the planned investment. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other data of interest - Eligible expenses: Only investment expenses attributed to chapter 6 of the statement of expenses of the entity's budget and related to the execution of a works contract will be eligible, with such character defined in article 13 of the Public Sector Contracts Law, provided that they respond to the nature of the subsidized purposes and that they are carried out after the determining date of the catastrophic episode (even if they are prior to the call), and there must be a causal relationship. between the catastrophic event and the damage. Likewise, construction management expenses and health and safety coordinator expenses during the execution of the work will be eligible for subsidies, if they have been hired specifically for the work being subsidized. - Compatibility: The aid may be added to that granted by Resolution of December 19, 2024, of the General Secretariat for Territorial Coordination, without in any case the amount of both, together with other subsidies, aid, income or resources and compensation received from the contracted insurance or other public administrations for the claims presented, exceeding 100% of the cost of the subsidized activity. - Applications: They will be submitted to the General Registry of the Provincial Council of Valladolid or by the means established in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015. Preferably they will be presented by electronic means to the Provincial Council of Valladolid through the Registry Interconnection System. - Correction of Requests: Within a period of 10 business days from when the corresponding request is made.
