Official description of the call
1. Object and purpose These bases are intended to structure and establish the criteria and procedure for the granting of subsidies to finance the promotion of the neighborhood festivals of the municipality of Palafrugell with the objectives of promoting and promoting the popular festivals of the neighborhoods of the municipality of Palafrugell in order to promote social cohesion. 2. Beneficiaries The neighborhood associations of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc, Tamariu, Llofriu, La Punxa, Pi Verd, Camp d'en Prats, Vilaseca-Bruguerol, Mas Mascort and Ample Street may be beneficiaries of this line of subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 3 of November, general subsidies (LGS). In any case, the requirements to be met by the beneficiaries are the following: Be registered in the Registry of Associations of the City Council; Be up to date with tax obligations with the Treasury, Social Security and City Council. 3. Regulatory bases General rules governing the granting and justification of municipal subsidies for the year 2025, definitively approved by the municipal plenary session on November 19, 2024. 4. Amount of subsidies The subsidies are granted on a competitive basis. Therefore, the maximum amount of the subsidy that can be awarded to each applicant will be determined by: The conversion into euros of the score obtained in accordance with the assessment criteria of article 6. This conversion will be carried out based on the total number of points obtained by the admitted applications divided by the total amount of the call, discount. In any case, it may not exceed the amount derived from the total cost of the activity or activities to be subsidized. The maximum percentage of financing for the set of activities is 90%. It is compatible with other subsidies, as long as the finalist income does not exceed the cost of the action. If, by applying the previous criteria, any of the requests obtain a subsidy greater than the limit of 90% of the cost of the activity, their subsidy will be reduced to the limit of 90% of the cost. The surplus, corresponding to the reduced amount, will be distributed again among the rest of the requests in proportion to the score obtained without taking into account the score of the subsidy that has already reached the limit amount. The budget of the activity or activities presented by each applicant, or its subsequent modifications, will serve as a reference for the final determination of the amount of the subsidy, calculated as a percentage of the final cost of the activity. Thus, the eventual excess of public financing will be calculated taking as a reference the proportion that this contribution must reach with respect to the total cost. 5. Financial allocation and budget application The maximum total amount of the financial allocation allocated to this call is 40,000.00 euros, charged to budget application number 31.9240.48900 Neighborhood Association Subsidies. 6. Submission deadline The deadline for submitting applications is, from the day following the date of publication of the call extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona, until May 18, 2025.
