Official description of the call
By Plenary Agreement dated April 15, 2025, the Belchite City Council has approved this call for Agricultural Support Subsidies for the 2024-2025 financial year. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First.- Beneficiaries Any farmer under a special regime will be considered a beneficiary. registered agrarian or self-employed person and resident in the municipality of Belchite for more than a year. If the beneficiary is a legal entity, its corporate purpose will be agriculture and directly related work and it must have at least 60% of its land in Belchite. Second.- Purpose The subsidies regulated in these Rules are intended to help finance agricultural activities in the municipality in order to support local farmers, compensating for low profitability due to causes related to drought, low production, increased expenses, etc., all with the ultimate goal of establishing the population in the municipality and avoiding the abandonment of land. Third.- Amount The amount of the subsidy will be a maximum of 60 Euros per leased municipal hectare. Fourth.- Deadline for Submission of Applications The application, addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of one month from the publication of the call, and must be accompanied by the following documents: D.N.I. or C.I.F. of the applicant. Proof of being registered in the Special Agrarian Regime (Self-employed or self-employed). P.A.C. of the applicant from the last financial year. The application form, as well as the rest of the standard forms to be completed by the applicant, will be available to interested parties at the Town Hall. Fifth.- Justification Period One month from the completion of the agricultural work that justifies the purpose of the subsidy.
