ANNOUNCEMENT Extract of the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Olèrdola City Council, dated April 28, 2025, which approves the call for the granting of aid for the rehabilitation and promotion of housing intended for affordable rental for young people, annuity 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17 General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF AID FOR THE REHABILITATION AND PROMOTION OF HOUSING INTENDED FOR AFFORDABLE RENTAL TO YOUNG PEOPLE 2025. 1.- APPROVAL OF REGULATORY BASES AND OFFICIAL DIARY WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED By agreement of the Municipal Plenary Session dated April 7, 2021, the General Regulatory Bases for the granting aid for the rehabilitation and promotion of housing for affordable rental to young people. These bases have been published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB), dated April 20, 2021 (https://bop.diba.cat/anteriors/2021-04-20?bopb_dia[tipologiaAnunciant] =org-477) and on the corporation's Notice Board on April 9, 2021, ending the public exhibition period on June 2, 2021. 2021. 2. OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE SUBSIDY Through this action to promote housing, the aim is to encourage the settlement of young people in the municipality of Olèrdola. The actions subject to the aid of these bases is to regulate the granting of 3 lines of aid that finance: Program 1. Aid for the execution of rehabilitation works in homes intended for affordable rental. The objective of this program is to enable and facilitate owners of unoccupied or underused homes in the urban centers of the municipality to carry out rehabilitation works with the condition that they are offered for affordable rental by young people. The works eligible to receive aid are the following: ? Works on the common elements of buildings that the Technical Building Inspection (ITE) has considered important, serious or very serious deficiencies. ? Works on the private elements of the homes to achieve the minimum levels of habitability in the corresponding terms in accordance with Decree 141/2012, of October 30, which regulates the minimum conditions of habitability of the home and the certificate of habitability. ? Replacement or adaptation of water, gas, heating, electricity, sanitation and other installations to bring the home into compliance with current regulations. ? To qualify for this program it is essential that the works subject to subsidy have not started. The subsidies will be compatible with obtaining the bonuses provided for in municipal taxes. This program is compatible with program 2. Program 2. Aid to obtain the technical report necessary to obtain the certificate of habitability and/or the energy efficiency certificate for homes that are intended for affordable rental by young people. The objective of this program is to facilitate knowledge of the state of the buildings and homes, and consequently schedule the necessary rehabilitation works. It is also objective to comply with the administrative obligations to rent the homes. This program is compatible with program 1. Program 3. Aid to compensate for the reduction in rental prices. The objective of this program is to compensate owners who, having a home where no rehabilitation action is necessary for which assistance is requested, use it for affordable rental. This program is incompatible with programs 1 and 2. Contracts signed with relatives up to the first degree of consanguinity or affinity or where in the cohabitation unit recipient of the lease there is a relative in this degree, will not be accepted. In the three programs, housing must be offered to tenants up to 35 years of age, with the conditions detailed in article 7.2 and 7.3 of the General Bases. 3. PUBLIC CONTENT AND EVALUATION CRITERIA The subsidy for this program is subject to concurrence and is granted according to a temporal criterion, being granted to all applicants.
