Plenary Agreement No. 82/25 of 04/25/25 approving the Call for Subsidies to the City Councils that own the Municipal Libraries of the province for the acquisition of bibliographic funds during 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries of this aid are the City Councils listed below, owners of the municipal libraries of the province, integrated into the Provincial Library System of Valladolid, which meet the requirements to obtain economic resources for the provision of bibliographic funds under the Agreement signed between the Government of Castilla y León and the Provincial Council of Valladolid on March 7, 1997: BENEFICIARY CITY COUNCIL 1.-Alaejos 2.-Aldeamayor de San Martín 3.-Arroyo de la Encomienda 4.-Boecillo 5.-Cabezón de Pisuerga 6.-Campaspero 7.-Cigales 8.-Cisterniga, La 9.-Íscar 10.-Laguna de Duero 11.-Mayorga de Campos 12.-Medina del Campo 13.-Medina de Rioseco 14.-Mojados 15.-Montemayor de Pililla 16.-Nava del rey 17.-Olmedo 18.-Pedrajas de San Esteban 19.-Peñafiel 20.-Portillo 21.-Renedo de Esgueva 22.-Santovenia de Pisuerga 23.-Simancas 24.-Tordesillas 25.-Traspinedo 26.-Tudela de Duero 27.-Viana de Cega 28.-Villalon de Campos 29.-Zaratán Segundo. Object. Subsidies to the City Councils that own the municipal libraries of the province integrated into the Provincial Library System of Valladolid for the acquisition of bibliographic funds to adapt the size of their collections and increase their funds appropriately, under the protection of the collaboration agreement signed between the Provincial Council of Valladolid and the Regional Government of Castilla y León for the development of the Decree of delegation of functions in matters of libraries. Third. Legal Regime. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid, approved by Plenary Agreement dated February 24, 2006, and published in BOP No. 54, dated March 6, 2006. Application submission deadline. 5.1.- The deadline for submitting applications will be eleven calendar days, counted from 00:00 hours of the day following the day in which the announcement of the call is published in extract in the Official Gazette of the Province, until 2:00 p.m. of the eleventh calendar day. When the last day of the deadline is a non-business day, the filing deadline will be deemed extended until 2:00 p.m. on the first following business day. 5.2.- In accordance with the provisions of article 66.6 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the beneficiary Town Councils that wish to participate in this call for subsidies must complete and electronically present the official model of "Grant request to Town Councils that own municipal Libraries for the acquisition of bibliographic funds", which will be available at the following link: https://www.sede.diputaciondevalladolid.es/tramites-disponibles/02S211 /, in accordance with the instructions indicated in Annex I. The application form will be addressed to the President of the Provincial Council, Education and Culture Service, DIR3 LA0034179 and includes the applicant's statement that he/she meets each and every one of the conditions required in the third base, as well as the option of requesting technical and technical assistance and collaboration. material
