Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals who meet each and every one of the conditions established in the fourth base of the call as of the end of the application submission period may apply for the subsidy. Second. Object. Subsidies to finance housing rehabilitation works in rural areas located in municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants and with the conditions established in the first base of the Third call. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount and eligible expenses A) Total Amount In the Budget approved by the Provincial Council of Valladolid, there is currently a budget allocation in item 501.15221.78001 for the amount of 350,000 euros for this call, and the total amount of the subsidy cannot exceed said amount. B) Individual Amounts The maximum subsidy amount per application may not exceed 80% of the amount of the renovation works nor the amount of 3,500.00 euros. In the case of billing only the purchase of material, the maximum amount of the subsidy may not exceed 70% of the amount of the materials nor the amount of 3,000.00 euros. However, these amounts may reach up to 4,000 euros if the applicant or any of the members of the family unit residing in the home has a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% or the situation of dependency, as long as the works carried out are unequivocally linked to the situation of disability and/or accredited dependency and contribute to personal autonomy. When the budget for the works provided by the applicants is excessive considering the works that can actually be eligible for subsidies under this call, and/or there is a great disparity in their cost compared to other similar requests, the Technical Services of the Provincial Council will carry out an assessment at market prices of the action to be carried out to achieve the purpose desired by the affected applicant(s), thus modulating the amount on which the maximum subsidy will be determined. to grant in these cases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will end on December 31, 2025, inclusive. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Compatibility: The aid granted on the occasion of this call is compatible with any type of aid received by beneficiaries from public or private institutions for the same purpose, provided that the beneficiary contributes at least 20 percent of the cost of the rehabilitation works. Otherwise, the aid will be reduced until that percentage is reached. However, they will not be compatible with the subsidies called by the Provincial Council of Valladolid in relation to housing aimed at promoting youth emancipation in rural areas (line D reform works), nor with any other type of aid related to housing corresponding to the 2025 financial year and the previous two (2023 and 2024). Nor will they be compatible with individual aid to promote the personal autonomy of dependent people, year 2025. Without prejudice to the declaration that applicants must present on this matter, they will be obliged to notify the Provincial Council of Valladolid of obtaining other subsidies or aid that finance the same object of this subsidy. In no case may the amount of subsidies granted (including that of the Provincial Council) exceed 80% of the total cost of the rehabilitation works. If from the data provided by the beneficiary after the resolution of the call or by those known to the Provincial Institution in the exercise of its inspection and control functions, it is found that the amount of the subsidies exceeds the indicated cost, the contribution of the Provincial Council will be reduced pro rata. If the granting of the subsidy has been made on the basis of the data provided by the beneficiary on the subsidies requested and after the resolution of the call, the granting of a subsidy from another Institution is communicated.
