Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals who meet all the conditions established in the fifth basis of the call as of the end of the application submission period may apply for the subsidy. Second. Object. People aged 37 or older as financial support for the payment of housing rental in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants for up to seven or ten consecutive months, as appropriate, in the year 2025. Exceptions from this line of aid are public protection housing for public promotion, subleases, rentals of rooms or partial housing, rentals of premises used as housing and rentals for uses other than housing. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount and eligible expenses The total amount of subsidies may not exceed the amount of 100,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy per application on this line is subject to the following limits: ? Maximum eligible amount: 3,500 euros, in general and 4,000 euros in the case of rental homes in municipalities with a population of less than 2,000 inhabitants, unless the amount requested is less than this amount. ? Maximum number of monthly rental payments that will be subsidized: seven months of the year 2025, except in municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants, which will be subsidized up to ten monthly payments. ? Rentals whose amount exceeds 550 euros per month will not be subsidized. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province and will end on December 31, 2025. Sixth. Other information of interest. - Compatibility: They will be compatible with any other type of aid that beneficiaries receive from other public or private institutions for the same purpose. However, the subsidies granted under this call are incompatible with the subsidies granted by the Provincial Council of Valladolid for individual aid to promote the personal autonomy of dependent people, year 2025, nor with the subsidies intended to promote the establishment and settlement of the young population. - Requests: Requests will be directed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Excma. Provincial Council of Valladolid, in accordance with the model included as Annex I, and will preferably be presented electronically, at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, and may also do so at the General Registry (located at Avenida Ramón y Cajal, No. 5, Valladolid, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday to Friday) or by any of the means established in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure (LPAC). - Documentation and justification: the applications must be accompanied by the documentation established in the eighth base of the call and Annex II. - Assessment criteria: those established in the eleventh base of the call. - Resolution and notification: the resolution of the concession will comply with the provisions of the twelfth base. However, notification will be made by publishing the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province and on the notice board of the Provincial Council, located at C/ Angustias nº 44 (Palacio de Pimentel) and at c/ Ramón y Cajal s/n, for a period of no less than one month from the aforementioned publication. Likewise, for the purposes of your knowledge, it will be advertised on the website of the Provincial Council of Valladolid. - Obligations of the beneficiaries: those established in the sixteenth base of the call.
