Official description of the call
1st. Beneficiaries: All legally constituted associations with legal personality, as well as groups of natural and legal persons without legal personality established to achieve the purposes indicated as eligible for subsidies, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in these bases. Both must meet the following requirements: a) Not be for profit b) Carry out their activities in the municipal area c) Not have to justify any subsidy granted by the Frades City Council d) Be up to date in compliance with tax obligations with the Frades City Council. y) Be registered in the Registry of Entities or groups of the City Council. In no case may those persons who meet any of the circumstances indicated in the second section of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in these bases. 2nd. Purpose: Granting by the Frades City Council of municipal financial aid to entities: cultural, sports, neighborhood associations and any other of social interest that encourages citizen participation in municipal life during the year according to the general municipal ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies published in BOP No. 62 of 04/04/2016. 3rd. Regulatory bases: Those approved by the Local Government Board dated 05/14/2025 and published in the BDNS. 4th. Amount: The amount of the planned allocation amounts to a total of €33,450 charged to application 334 48000 of the Frades City Council budget for the 2025 financial year. 5°. Deadline and place for submitting applications: Applications will be addressed to the Mayor-President and will be presented: - At the electronic headquarters. - In the general municipal registry according to the model provided by the city council. - By any other means than those provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications is thirty calendar days from the day following the date of publication of these bases in the National Subsidies Database and the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The applications, accompanied by the documentation specified in article VII of these rules, will be formalized in a standard application form (Annex I). The models as well as the rest of the documentation to be presented can be consulted in the complete bases on the National Subsidies Database platform (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the dashboard of the municipal electronic headquarters. Applications submitted within the established deadline for requesting will not be admitted for processing, and a resolution is issued declaring the file without further processing, and which will be notified to the interested party. Requests will be formulated through a request signed by the interested person, according to a specific model for that purpose.
