Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidy Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index): 1.-BENEFICIARIES. Non-Governmental Organizations that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of this call: a) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Municipal Registry of Associations on the date of publication of this call. b) Have accredited in their statutes as their own purposes the hosting of foreign minors from poor or developing countries, according to the Human Development Index of the United Nations Development Program. c) Not pursue profit goals or depend economically or institutionally on public administrations. d) Prove that they have sufficient structure to guarantee the fulfillment of their social purposes and be able to demonstrate the experience and operational capacity that are necessary to achieve the objectives proposed in the project. e) Have adequately justified the previous subsidies in a timely manner. f) Have a delegation or sufficient support structure in the municipality of Palencia. g) Have authorization from the competent body of the Government of Castilla y León for the shelter of foreign minors during the year 2025. 2.-OBJECT. The purpose of this call is to grant aid for the temporary shelter of foreign minors during the year 2025, to finance travel expenses to our city. 3.-REGULATORY BASES. General Ordinance of Subsidies of the Hon. Palencia City Council, published in BOP on August 11, 2006. 4.- AMOUNT. This call for subsidies has a budget allocation of 4,000 euros charged to budget item 2025/6/23101/48003. 5.-DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. Requests will be formalized through a request addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. Mayor, in the General Registry of the Palencia City Council, the application submission period begins on June 16 and ends on June 30, 2025. 6.-INFORMATION.
