Official description of the call
1.- OBJECT AND RECIPIENTS The purpose of these Bases is to establish the specific rules within the framework of the General Subsidies Ordinance of this Provincial Council, to regulate access to public subsidies, under a direct concession regime, through an open call to athletes from the province of Cáceres who practice sports specialties individually or in pairs, with the purpose of defraying the expenses generated by their sports activities during the current year. RECIPIENTS Athletes registered in a municipality in the province of Cáceres, who participate in individual or pair competitions, of an official nature and who during the 2024 financial year have obtained the consideration of high-performance athlete of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, with the corresponding qualification as such granted by the Government of Extremadura, with sports level 5 or higher, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 81/2024, of July 23, by which regulates high-performance sport in Extremadura, with a federative license in force on the date of the application submission deadline.2.- BUDGET ALLOWMENT: This subsidy plan is included in the General Budget of the Provincial Council of Cáceres in the year 2025, in application 05.3411.485 07, endowed with a total amount of 80,000.00 €.3.- AMOUNT The amounts based on the accredited sporting level, which may not exceed the amount of the available credit (€80,000). The criteria will be the following. 1) Sports level between 5* and 25*, both inclusive. €1,500. 2) Sports level greater than 25* €2,000. (* Numerical value of the sports level that appears in the Resolution of qualification as a high-performance athlete) In the event that the specified budgetary credit is insufficient, the subsidies will be awarded, among those applications that meet the requirements, in strict order of entry in the electronic registry of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. 4.- REQUIREMENTS OF THE APPLICANTS The athletes of the province of Cáceres or who have legal residence in it at least since January 1, 2024; with a sports license in force at the end of the application submission period and who are considered a high-performance athlete of the C.A. of Extremadura, provided that they are not subject to any prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiary of public subsidies contemplated in article 13 of the LGS5.- APPLICATIONS: This Call will be processed electronically through the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres. Electronic processing will be mandatory in all phases of the procedure, including, where appropriate, the refund phase. The Provincial Council of Cáceres, likewise, will carry out all its procedures electronically, through the electronic headquarters, unless due to exceptional and motivated circumstances it has to resort to other substitute procedures, with due guarantees for all parties. The applications, communications and other required documentation will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres signed electronically, through the procedure established for this purpose, where their delivery will be formalized in the registry. electronic created and regulated by the Regulations of the General Registry of Entry and Exit of the Excma.
