Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The owners of agricultural holdings located in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha, both natural and legal persons or groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, may benefit from this aid, in the terms provided for in article 11.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and meet the requirements established in the third section of the Resolution. Second. Purpose To call for the advance processing procedure, in the year 2025, the initial and annual payment aid for the Conservation of native breeds threatened by genetic erosion in Castilla-La Mancha established in Order 60/2023, of March 21, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the intervention of Breed Conservation native species threatened by genetic erosion in Castilla-La Mancha, through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), provided for in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for the period 2023-2027. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 60/2023, of March 21, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for the intervention of Conservation of native breeds threatened with genetic erosion in Castilla-La Mancha, through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), provided for in the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for the period 2023-2027, published in DOCM no. 60 of March 27, 2023. Fourth. Amount. The amounts of the annual aid corresponding to the conservation intervention of native breeds threatened by genetic erosion in Castilla-La Mancha, depending on the species, are: - Bovine: €150/UGM - Sheep: €130/UGM - Goats: €140/UGM - Swine: €100/UGM The aid will be financed within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy 2023-2027, in which this intervention is included within the commitments to conserve genetic resources for the Conservation of native breeds threatened by genetic erosion in Castilla-La Mancha through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). The aid will be co-financed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and the European Union through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), in the percentages established in the National Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy for the period 2023-2027, which are 14%, 6% and 80% respectively, charged to the budget item. 21060000G/718A/4734F. For this initial call for aid and the payment annuities derived from it, the total amount is 1,244,000.00 euros of total public expenditure with the following estimated distribution by annuities, being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the corresponding budget year Fifth. Application submission deadline. Applications for aid will be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Order 7/2025, of January 30, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, which establishes the single application for interventions in the form of direct payments and interventions for rural development assimilated to the Integrated Management and Control System, of the Common Agricultural Policy in Castilla-La Mancha, for the year 2025, its form and submission deadline. Sixth. Other data. The purpose of the aid granted through this intervention is to achieve the maintenance of animals of native breeds threatened by genetic erosion, breeds that are perfectly adapted due to their rusticity to the physical environment in which they operate.
