Resolution of the Rector of the Rey Juan Carlos University, by which the Call for International Volunteering of the Rey Juan Carlos University is made public, which develops the Collaboration Agreement between the Community of Madrid (Department of Family, Youth and Social Policy), and the Madrid Public Universities for the realization and financing of the Project “INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM”. BDNS: 835499 Extract from the Rules of the Call for International Volunteering of the Rey Juan Carlos University that develops the Collaboration Agreement between the Community of Madrid (Department of Family, Youth and Social Policy, and the Madrid Public Universities for the implementation and financing of the Project “INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM”. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Students must meet the following requirements: Be a student at the Rey Juan Carlos University and be enrolled in a Degree. o Postgraduate, at the time of submitting the application and/or exceptionally if the student requests, as a 2nd option, some volunteering from the other 5 public universities of the Community of Madrid, proof of being enrolled in one of them. Not having previously participated as a volunteer in the “International Volunteering Program of the Public Universities of the Community of Madrid”. who opts. Experience, training or interest in issues related to volunteering and development cooperation. Pass an interview before the members of the Rey Juan Carlos University. Be available for in-person attendance at the Training Seminar. Second. The objective of this call is to select a maximum of eight students from the Rey Juan Carlos University. Those selected for a volunteer position at the URJC will collaborate in the field for three months, within the dates established and included in each volunteer position and, for volunteer positions in the rest of the Universities, consult Annex II of the Call. Participants will have financial aid to support travel expenses, vaccines, visas and financial aid for accommodation and maintenance.
