RESOLUTION OF JUNE 3, 2025, LINE 3 Subsidies for technical assistance in insertion companies.

Official description of the call

BDNS: 836197 to 836205 First. Call. 1. For the year 2025, the granting of the following lines of subsidies regulated in the Order of April 9, 2025, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, aimed at the labor inclusion of people belonging to groups at risk or in a situation of social exclusion in insertion companies and in the ordinary labor market in Andalusia, hereinafter, regulatory bases, is called: a) Line 1. Subsidies aimed at financing fixed investment linked to the creation of new jobs for people at risk or in situations of social exclusion in integration companies. b) Line 2. Subsidies for the creation and/or maintenance of jobs occupied by people belonging to groups at risk or in situations of social exclusion in integration companies. c) Line 3. Subsidies for technical assistance in insertion companies. This line includes two eligible concepts: 1. Subsidies for creating jobs for management personnel in insertion companies. 2. Subsidies for creating and/or maintaining jobs for technical personnel in insertion companies. d) Line 4. Subsidies for the hiring of people participating in insertion itineraries, developed in insertion companies, in the ordinary labor market. Both insertion companies and private companies will be subsidized by the same participating person. Line 4.1 Subsidies to insertion companies per participant in the itinerary, inserted in the ordinary labor market during the three months after the end of their itinerary. Line 4.2 Subsidies to private companies in the ordinary labor market for each participant they hire during the three months after the end of their itinerary. Second. Beneficiaries. 1. In accordance with the provisions of article 4.1 of the regulatory bases, qualified integration companies registered in the Registry of Integration Companies of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia within the subsidized period and that have maintained their qualification prior to the granting resolution may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in lines 1, 2, 3 and 4.1. 2. In accordance with the provisions of article 4.2 of the regulatory bases, private companies in the ordinary labor market may be beneficiaries of the subsidy provided for in line 4.2, regardless of their legal form, including self-employed workers and mutual members of professional associations who are registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA) or in the corresponding alternative mutual benefit of their professional associations. 3. In accordance with article 5.1 of the regulatory bases, to access the status of beneficiary, whoever applies for the subsidy must, in addition to meeting the specific conditions established for each line, in general, develop their economic or professional activity in Andalusia. 4. The status of beneficiary may not be obtained by anyone in whom any of the following circumstances occur, prior to the granting resolution: a) Those provided for in sections 2, 3 and 3.bis of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. b) Those provided for in sections 2, 4 and 5 of article 116 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law of Public Finance of Andalusia, approved by Legislative Decree 1/2010, of March 2. c) Having been excluded by final sanction from the benefits derived from employment programs, in accordance with article 46, sections 1 and 2 and article 46 bis, of the consolidated text of the Law on Infringements and Sanctions in the Social Order, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2000, of August 4. d) In the case of Andalusian foundations, they must comply with the obligation to present the accounts to the protectorate within the period established for this purpose, in accordance with the provisions of article 36.3 of Law 10/2005, of May 31, on Foundations of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. Third. Object. In accordance with the provisions of section 1 of article 1 of the Order of April 9, 2025, the purpose of this order is to approve the regulatory bases for the concession.
