Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Persons who, at the end of the application submission period, do not incur the prohibitions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, are not enjoying other aid for the same purpose, meet the requirements demanded in the last call for access to the career or body for which preparation they request the scholarship, and study the opposition, at the time of payment of the scholarship, under the direction of a specialized center, or of one or more trainers, except for scholarships in the form of financial and in-kind awards. Second. Purpose. Contribute to defraying the expenses incurred, as well as the income lost due to the preparation of selective entrance tests in the Judicial and Fiscal Careers, the Corps of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice and the Corps of State Lawyers. Third. Regulatory bases. Order PJC/491/2024, of May 23, published in the Official State Gazette number 126, of May 24, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid for the preparation of oppositions for entry into the Judicial and Fiscal Careers, in the Body of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice and in the Body of State Lawyers Order PJC/413/2025, of April 30, which modifies Order PJC/491/2024, of May 23, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid for the preparation of oppositions for entry into the Judicial and Fiscal Careers, in the Corps of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice and in the Corps of State Lawyers. Room. Amount: The global allocation of the aid object of this call is a maximum of 15,600,000.00 euros, which will be financed from the following credits of the expenses budget of the Center for Legal Studies, O.A., corresponding to the year 2025: 13,101,111R.481: 12,360,000.00 euros for the preparation of oppositions to the Judicial and Fiscal Careers. 11,160,000.00 euros (930 scholarships in the form of financial endowment only). 1,200,000.00 euros (100 scholarships in financial and in-kind form). 13.101.111Q.483: 2,760,000.00 euros (230 scholarships for the preparation of oppositions to the Corps of Lawyers of the Administration of Justice). 13.101.111Q.485: 480,000.00 euros (40 scholarships for the preparation of oppositions to the Corps of State Lawyers). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will begin on June 9 at 9:00 a.m. until June 23 at 23:59 UTC +2 Sixth. Other data. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Headquarters of the Secretariat of State for Justice (https://sede.mjusticia.gob.es), for which it is necessary to be in possession of the appropriate electronic certificate of a natural person.
