Official description of the call

The identification code assigned by the BDNS to the call is 837224. First. Beneficiaries. The beneficiaries must be Entities, groups of individuals or non-profit Associations, with headquarters in Magaz de Pisuerga, with a tax identification code and that carry out activities in the area covered by the subsidy. This requires the drafting of the Statutes and the signing of the founding act, the obligation to register it in the registry of associations (autonomous or state depending on the scope of action) and therefore the administrative procedure established by the administration in question must be complied with. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to promote the creation and/or maintenance of groups and associations of Magaz de Pisuerga, and to carry out activities for them that benefit the residents of Magaz de Pisuerga. A subsidy may be requested for activities to be carried out or already carried out, from January 1, 2025 to November 1, 2025. The following will not be subject to subsidy: Activities aimed exclusively at members. Activities that are included or may be included throughout the year in the general municipal programming. Expenses related to all types of meals, as well as those corresponding to activities of a protocol nature and acquisition of inventory material. The amount to be subsidized may not exceed the total cost of the activity. In no case may it be greater than 75% of the budget of the activity for which the subsidy is requested, with the associations committing to contribute the remaining amount of the cost. The maximum amount received by each group or association will be 1,200 euros. The subsidies granted will be compatible with any others that may be granted by other public or private organizations. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies are contained in the General Ordinance for the granting of subsidies approved by the Municipal Plenary on November 21, 2013 and published in the BOP of Palencia on February 14, 2014. Fourth. Amount of aid. The budgetary credits to which the subsidy is allocated are charged to item 334.480.02, and the maximum total amount of the subsidies called is €6,000. Each beneficiary will be awarded a maximum subsidy of 1,200 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Interested parties must submit a single application in the electronic registry of the Magaz de Pisuerga City Council, from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia until November 20, 2025. The electronic certificate with which the presentation is made must correspond to the applicant for the aid, otherwise it will not be admitted nor will any defect be corrected. In accordance with the provisions of art. 68 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the Magaz de Pisuerga City Council will verify the applications, the data and documentation presented, as well as compliance with the requirements and viability of the application, and if it does not meet these requirements, the competent body will require the interested parties, where appropriate, so that within a period of ten days the defects are corrected or the mandatory documents are accompanied, with an indication that if they do not do so, they will be considered to have abandoned their request, prior to the resolution that will have to be issued. If the requesting cultural association presents its application in person, the Magaz de Pisuerga City Council will require the interested party to correct it through its electronic submission Sixth. Annex I Report of the activity for which you are requesting a subsidy (one for each planned activity) Annex II Report of the activity for which you are requesting a subsidy (one for each activity already carried out) Annex III File of the Association or Group (Annex IV or V). Responsible declaration that the applicant does not have any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies.
