PUBLIC CALL FOR SUBSIDIES 2025 ACTIONS TO PROMOTE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF RENEWABLE PHOTOVOLTAIC ENERGY, IMPROVEMENT OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY BY AEROTHERMAL EQUIPMENT IN AIR CONDITIONING AND DHW IN BUILDINGS FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND AND MOBILITY

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. In order to be beneficiaries of these subsidies, natural persons must be of legal age and be registered in the municipality of Alcorcón. For natural persons who act as self-employed persons or legal entities that act as a micro-enterprise, they must have their economic activity registered in the municipality of Alcorcón. The following may be beneficiaries of the aid: Communities of owners or groups of communities of owners of residential buildings for residential use, established in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property (hereinafter L.P.H.). The request will always be made by the Community of Owners regardless of the use of the facility, common services, housing, or both, and regardless of how many neighbors choose to use the facility. The Local Energy Communities, legally constituted on the date of the application and with headquarters and photovoltaic energy installation in the municipality of Alcorcón (legal entity based on open and voluntary participation, effectively controlled by partners or members who are natural persons, legal entities or local entities, that develop renewable energy, energy efficiency and/or sustainable mobility projects that are property of said legal entity and whose primary purpose is to provide environmental, economic or social benefits to its partners or members or to the local areas where operate, rather than financial gains), as defined in Directive 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources and Directive 2019/944 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on common rules for the internal market in electricity and amending the Directive 2012/27/EU, respectively, as well as article 4 of Royal Decree Law 23/2020, of June 23, which approves measures in the field of energy and other areas for economic reactivation. Individuals in residential buildings for residential use in the single-family category. Natural persons who are owners of individual homes in a residential block building and who obtain legal authorization from their Community of Owners, as established by the Horizontal Property Law to carry out a photovoltaic installation on the collective use roof. For this type of individual installations, only the first 3 applications in communities with less than 50 owners or the first 5 applications from communities with more than 50 owners will be accepted for processing. For collective self-consumption installations of several individual homeowners, the request will be made in the name of the owner with the largest electricity distribution quota. Natural persons of legal age and registered in the municipality of Alcorcón. Natural persons who act as self-employed professionals (corresponding to the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security) who carry out their economic activity in the municipality of Alcorcón. Legal entities considered microenterprises, that is, those companies with less than 10 workers and whose volume of work is less than 2 million euros. Second. Object. This call establishes the regulatory bases for the granting, monitoring and justification of aid for actions to implement photovoltaic solar energy installations and replace air conditioning systems with aerothermal equipment in buildings for residential use and implementation of photovoltaic solar energy installations of local energy communities legally constituted in the municipality of Alcorcón and for the purchase of an electric vehicle aimed at individuals, self-employed workers and micro-enterprises with registered offices in the municipality of Alcorcón. The main purpose of these subsidies is to implement specific incentives that support a fair transition towards an energy model based on the use of renewable energy sources as a measure to support investments that companies and citizens of the municipality are most committed to a sustainable future.
