Official description of the call
The Plenary Session of the Bellvís City Council, in an ordinary session on July 11, 2024, initially approved the municipal Ordinance regulating the bases of subsidies for the rehabilitation of façades of buildings, the full text of which appears in the file. The Plenary Session of the Bellvís City Council, in a session held on April 10, 2025, approved the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2025. The Local Government Board, in a session held on June 5, 2025, approved the call corresponding to the year 2025, for a total amount of 1,500 euros, charged to the budgetary application of expenses 48,001/152 – Subsidies for the rehabilitation of facades, from the municipal budget for the year 2025. The deadline for submitting applications is open during the period in which this ordinance remains in force and there is a budget item in the city council's expense budget for the corresponding year. Applications for financial aid will be made to the City Council when requesting the corresponding license, in the official models and accompanying the following documentation: a) Technical project signed by a competent technician and endorsed by the corresponding professional association, when the intervention on the building requires it. b) In the rest of the cases: - Explanatory report of the action. - Detailed budget by items. - Action plan. c) Public document accrediting ownership. d) Consent of those occupied by any title of the home being rehabilitated, when they are people other than the owner requesting the subsidy. e) Any document that the City Council believes is necessary or required by the municipal technician.
