Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries The entities indicated and that meet the requirements indicated for each of the lines may have the status of beneficiary entities: Line 1. 1.- Sports Federations 2.- Clubs or sports entities of the municipality of Ourense registered in the Registry of Municipal Sports Associations before the date of publication of the extract of the annual call for subsidies in the BOP. Line 2. 1.- Sports clubs or entities of the municipality of Ourense registered in the Registry of Municipal Sports Associations before the date of publication of the extract of the annual call for subsidies in the BOP. Line 3. 1.- Sports clubs or entities of the municipality of Ourense registered in the Registry of Municipal Sports Associations before the date of publication of the extract of the annual call for subsidies in the BOP. 2.- Participate with absolute or senior category teams during the sports season that corresponds to the year of the call, in top division competitions, organized or recognized by the corresponding Spanish or international federation. Maximum professional state divisions are excluded. The typology of competitions is specified in the fourth base of the regulatory bases. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is the granting of sports subsidies for the year 2025 from the budget of the Municipal Sports Council of Ourense, in the following lines: Line 1.- Organization of federated sports activities and other activities of special social importance that contribute to sports promotion in the period between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025. Line 2.- Operating expenses of sports entities for participation or organization of official federated competitions and activities, for the 2024-2025 season. Line 3.- Support for elite sports clubs that participate in official competitions of the highest national category of non-professional sports for the 2024-2025 season. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense and will be available to interested parties on the electronic headquarters of the Municipal Sports Council and in the National Subsidies Database. Room. Amount The granting of the subsidies object of this call will be met from budget application 3410.48010 of the extended budget of the CMD for the financial year 2025, in the following amounts: Line 1: one hundred thousand euros (€100,000.00) Line 2: three hundred forty thousand euros (€340,000.00) Line 3: one hundred and sixty thousand euros (€160,000.00) These amounts may be increased in the case of credit in the budget application at the time of the resolution, without this circumstance giving rise to the opening of a new application submission period. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications The applications, together with the attached documentation, will be addressed to the Presidency of the Municipal Sports Council, presenting them compulsorily electronically in accordance with the models or annexes included in the regulatory bases through the electronic headquarters of the Municipal Sports Council at the address https://deportesourense.sedelectronica.gal, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of Public Administrations. In accordance with said article, all procedures related to this procedure will be carried out by electronic means through the Electronic Office. The deadlines for submitting applications are as follows: Line 1: from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense until October 31, 2025. Lines 2 and 3: 30 calendar days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense.
