Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Entities that benefit from the hiring incentives may be employers and companies, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil companies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, whose activity is directly related to the training provided in the Renova VII dual employment workshop, and that hire employed workers to provide services in work centers located in the territorial scope of the employment workshops of Galicia. In the case of civil companies, joint ventures and temporary joint ventures, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group must be expressly stated, both in the application and in the granting resolution, as well as the amount of subsidy that will be applied to each of them, who will also be considered as beneficiaries. In any case, they must appoint a representative or sole representative of the group, with sufficient power to fulfill the duties that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. In the case of temporary business unions, each company that is part of this union must meet the requirements to access the aid. Public administrations, public companies or entities linked to or dependent on any of them may not be beneficiaries of this aid. Second. Purpose: 1. The incentives for temporary hiring as employees are intended to facilitate the employability and employability of the people participating in the Renova VII dual employment workshop, financed through the 2024 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, approved by resolution of August 6, 2024, of the Territorial Headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia of A Coruña. In the Renova VII dual employment workshop, the following training is provided: Professional certificate ENAE0108: Assembly and maintenance of photovoltaic solar installations. Level 2. 2. Temporary hiring will have a minimum duration of 3 months. 3. The duration of the temporary contract will be full time. 4. Related occupations and jobs: 7299.001.6 Solar energy panel installer. 7299.001.6 Installer of photovoltaic solar installations. 7621.023.5 Installer of photovoltaic and wind systems. 8161.005.3 Operator in photovoltaic solar plant. 8161.005.3 Operator of photovoltaic solar installations Third party. Regulatory bases: Agreement of the Local Government Board June 12, 2025 by which they approve the bases of the call for aid through incentives for hiring as employees for job placement for people participating in the Renova VII dual employment workshop. Room. Amount: The maximum amount allocated to this call amounts to 10,500 euros, attributable to budget application 2411.47000 of the municipal budget in force. Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500.00 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. The total amount of subsidies to be awarded in accordance with these rules may not exceed 10,500.00 euros for a total of seven contracts. The benefits established for hiring in this program may not, in conjunction with other public aid for the same purpose, exceed 100% of the salary cost of the monthly payments subject to the subsidy. Fifth. Place and Deadline for submitting applications: In accordance with article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, legal entities are obliged to interact with public administrations through electronic means. The applications, along with the rest of the documentation, will be presented in the General Electronic Registry of the Ames City Council, or in the electronic headquarters of the City Council https://sede.concellodeames.gal. They may also be presented in the electronic Registry of the General Access Point of the State, which can be accessed from the link available in the electronic headquarters of the Ames City Council. Applications for aid for eligible contracts must be submitted within twenty days.
