Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Individuals who meet the following requirements on the date of submission of the application may obtain the aid managed through this call: a) Be under 31 years of age. b) Be registered since at least January 1, 2025 in a municipality in the province of Valladolid whose population is less than 20,000 inhabitants. To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the INE will be taken into account. c) Be enrolled in one of the following options: o The University of Valladolid to study an official first-cycle (degree) or second-cycle (postgraduate/master's) university degree. However, enrollment in other public Universities of Castilla y León will be admitted when the degree being taken is not taught by the University of Valladolid or in private Universities as long as the degree does not exist at the public University. It will also be accepted that the applicant is enrolled at UNED. You must be enrolled in at least 12.5% ​​of the total credits of the degree or at least 75% of the credits remaining to complete it. o A medium or higher level training cycle in at least three modules of both the first and second courses of any training cycle. d) Not be the recipient of a Scholarship granted by the Ministry that has powers in matters of Universities or training cycles or any other grant granted for the same purpose. e) Do not exceed the following income: NUMBER OF MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY UNIT ANNUAL INCOME 1 member €33,600.00 2 members €40,320.00 3 members €44,352.00 4 members €46,569.60 5 members €48,898.08 6 members €51,342.98 Second. Object. For the 2025-2026 academic year, on a competitive basis, the lines of subsidies for university students or students in intermediate and higher degree training cycles from municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants are being called in order to facilitate their access to study. LINE A: Enrollment and Residence A system of aid is established for students to facilitate access to university studies or training cycles. LINE B: Transportation. An aid system is established to facilitate daily transportation for young people residing in the municipalities of the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants to their university study centers or intermediate and higher level training cycles. Both lines are included in the VI Provincial Youth Plan 2024-2027 (71 and 72). Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. and budget application The total amount of subsidies may not exceed the amount of one hundred thousand euros (€100,000), entered in item 507,924.06,480.00 of the Provincial Council's Budget for the year 2025, distributed as follows: LINE A: Registration and Residence Initial credit of 55,000 euros In this line, registration and residence will be subsidized of university students or middle and higher level training cycles as established in Base Six. The subsidies awarded may not exceed the amount of one thousand euros (€1,000). LINE B: TRANSPORTATION. Initial credit of 45,000 euros. In this line, daily transportation will be subsidized from Monday to Friday during school hours and may not exceed the amount of four hundred euros (€400). To determine the amount of aid for daily transportation, which in no case may exceed its actual cost, the distance between the student's family home and the town where the teaching center is located will be taken into account. 1.- Up to 20 km: 200 euros 2.- More than 20 to 30 km: 250 euros 3.- More than 30 to 40 km: 320 euros 4.- More than 40 km: 400 euros (according to Decree of the Presidency of the Provincial Council number 1,075, issued on March 31, 1998) If there is excess credit In one of the lines it will be used to supplement the other until the funds are exhausted or the existing demand is covered. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province and will end on September 12, 2025. Sext
