Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiary entities: Non-profit entities that meet the following conditions and requirements may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this Order: - Be legally constituted and that are established or carry out their activity in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. - Develop health promotion and disease prevention programs specified in the fifth section of this Order. - Meet the requirements established for beneficiaries in article 3 of Order SAN/335/2016, of April 15, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of health subsidies. Second.- Purpose: The purpose of the subsidies will be to finance addiction prevention projects in accordance with the lines provided for in the IV Autonomous Addictions Plan of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, which are developed by non-profit entities and HIV/AIDS prevention projects that promote social inclusion and HIV prevention in the framework of sexual health. Third.- Regulatory regulations: Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law approved by Legislative Decree 2/2023, of May 3, of the Government of Aragon. Order SAN/335/2016, of April 15, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of health subsidies, modified by Order SAN/653/2023, of May 10 and this call. Fourth.- Amount: €385,000 from the budget of the Department of Health, with the following distribution: - Addiction prevention: 245,000 euros - HIV/AIDS prevention: 140,000 euros Fifth.- Submission period: Fifteen business days counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of Aragon.
