Official description of the call
On June 19, 2025, the Local Government Board agrees to approve the general bases and the call for the granting of the subsidies contemplated in said resolution. Among them, the following: Regulatory bases that will govern the granting of aid for the rental of housing in the municipality of Hernani (2025). Beneficiaries: natural persons, both individually or grouped in a cohabitation unit, who live in Hernani for rent, and meet the requirements. Purpose: to collaborate in the payment of the rent for the home that appears as habitual residence, when they have previously rented a home and are not entitled to other similar aid in force. Amount: €210,000 TOTAL. €105,000 for young people between 18 and 35 years old (modality A) and €105,000 for people aged 36 and older (modality B). Registration period: one month, from September 1 to 30, 2025.
