Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database http://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans and on the page http://www.comunidad.madrid. First.- Beneficiaries Local entities, their autonomous bodies or their companies or public business entities dependent or linked and the associations of municipalities of the Community of Madrid may be beneficiaries of the subsidies, which have among their tasks the promotion of employment or the development of vocational training for employment and that meet the requirements set forth in article 14.2 of Law 30/2015, of September 9 (in accordance with those regulated in the sole repealing provision of the Law Organic 3/2022, of March 31) and in article 6 of Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28. Training entities will have to be registered in the Registry of Vocational Training Entities for Employment of the Community of Madrid. When they request training actions in virtual mode (teletraining), the registration obligation will be understood to refer to the State Registry of Training Entities. The training entities requesting a subsidy must not be subject to the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and must have, within the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, training centers registered for the teaching of the specialties requested in the version offered, in person. For the specialties requested in the version offered in virtual mode (tele-training), in addition to the registered training center, there must be registered in-person training centers within the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid and of the same ownership, associated with the corresponding tele-training center. Second.- Purpose A line of subsidies for the financing of training specialties, aimed at municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, taught in face-to-face, virtual (tele-training) and/or semi-face-to-face (mixed) modalities, will be convened for the year 2025, under a competitive competition regime. Third.- Regulatory bases The bases by which the granting of subsidies is regulated to finance the provision of training specialties, aimed primarily at unemployed workers, are included in Order TMS/368/2019, of March 28, published in the BOE number 78, of April 1, 2019. Fourth.- Amount To finance this call, budgetary credits will be allocated. will be charged to program 241A-Training for employment, subconcept 46200, of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for the year 2025. The maximum amount for this subsidy line is estimated at 1,300,000.00 euros. The amount of the subsidy to be granted for each training action will be determined by the product of the number of training hours, by fifteen students and by the amount of the economic module set for each specialty. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid until July 31, 2025, inclusive.
