Official description of the call

By Decree of the CEO of the Gironès-Salt Social Welfare Consortium dated 06/13/2025, the call for aid is opened for the financing of transport services adapted to municipalities with less than 50,000 inhabitants in the Gironès region, for the financial year 2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS). First.- Purpose The purpose of this call is to grant aid aimed at financing transport services adapted to municipalities with less than 50,000 inhabitants in the Gironès region for the 2025 academic year. Second.- Beneficiaries and applicants A. Natural persons over 18 years of age with disabilities, or elderly people with dependency, who cannot use ordinary transport (public transport), who have mobility difficulties (reduced mobility). and/or in need of support, who are registered in municipalities of the Gironès Region with less than 50,000 inhabitants, and who have a recognized place in a specialized social service of the public network, according to the Social Services Portfolio of the Department of Social Welfare and Family. B. Day centers for older people and specialized centers for people with disabilities, which are responsible for organizing this service through collective transport of natural persons registered in municipalities of the Gironès Region with less than 50,000 inhabitants, provided that they meet the requirements established in these bases. C. Adapted transport companies that are responsible for organizing the collective transport service for natural persons registered in municipalities of the Gironès Region with less than 50,000 inhabitants, to day centers for the elderly and specialized centers for people with disabilities. Third.- Regulatory bases BOP of Girona No. 184 – 09/24/2018. Room. Eligible expenses Those incurred for individual or collective transportation of the beneficiaries from 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025. Fifth.- Amount The amount of the call for the year 2025 is, at most, €75,835.16. Budget application 2025/DESP/23160/480000. Sixth.- Submission deadline From the publication of this announcement in the BOP of Girona and until September 30, 2025 included.
