Official description of the call
BDNS (842962) First. Beneficiaries.- Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the projects, activities or behaviors or are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy may access the status of beneficiary. Second. Object.- The purpose of these rules is to promote participation in the Virgen del Consuelo 2025 festivities through the creation of the Poster announcing the "Virgen del Consuelo" 2025 festivities. The theme and reason for the contest will be the announcement of the events to be celebrated during the "Virgen del Consuelo 2025" festivities, and the relationship with the Patron Festivities and/or the municipality of Ciempozuelos. Third. Regulatory bases.- All participants must meet the following requirements: All people residing in Spain may be beneficiaries of these subsidies by participating in the contest. Each applicant may submit a maximum of two works, which must be unpublished, original and not have been awarded in other competitions. Those who submit two works must do so individually, that is, each application can only be accompanied by one work. The works will be presented properly mounted on wood veneer, foam board or similar support and in no case with protective glass. It will be presented without an author's signature and under a pseudonym that corresponds to the one that will appear on the outside of a sealed envelope with your personal data (name, surname, address, email, age and copy of your ID) attached to the back of the poster. Originals must be submitted in A2 size (420 x 594 mm) vertically. Those participants who create their works digitally must attach the file or the download link to festejos@ayto-ciempozuelos.org, with the pseudonym of the participating person registered in it, with the works size A2 and A5, files in jpeg format, with 300 d.p.p. of resolution. The posters will be displayed in the Municipal Library on dates close to the "Virgen del Consuelo" patron saint festivities. The works presented must be original, of own creation, and may not be carried out in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools. If its use is detected or suspected, the poster will be automatically disqualified, without prejudice to the fact that it may be displayed outside of the competition. The organization may request at any time the justification of authorship through graphic documents or other means that prove the originality of the work. The work awarded First Prize will remain the property and exclusive use of the competition organization, which reserves all rights of exhibition, edition and reproduction. Likewise, and if it is determined appropriate, the authors authorize the City Council of Ciempozuelos to retain ownership of the work presented, and to transfer the intellectual property and exploitation of the poster. The City Council of Ciempozuelos will take the utmost care in the care of the works received, but declines all responsibility for loss, theft, damage or any other act beyond its control that may occur during transportation, reception, deposit, exhibition or return. The authors of the works submitted to the competition authorize the mention of their names, as well as the reproduction of their works in publications published by the City Council, media and websites. They also authorize the transfer of these photographs to the media to give greater dissemination to this contest. The authorship of the poster may not be made public at any time during the contest process. The technique, style and theme to participate in this contest will be free (including photography), and must be taken into account at the time of its realization, which must contain the inscription: PATRON CELEBRATIONS VIRGEN DEL CONSUELO 2025 CIEMPOZUELOS CITY COUNCIL. The beneficiaries, by the mere fact of requesting this aid, undertake to accept the content of this call and its result, as well as to comply with the obligations established in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 17.
