Resolución 2025-0326, de 4 de julio de 2025, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones en el ámbito cultural año 2025

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Private, non-profit Cultural Associations that are legally constituted and registered, whose fiscal domicile of the Association is located in any of the towns of the Aranda Region, may apply for a subsidy. Likewise, they must have their tax domicile at least two months in advance of the date of the call in one of the municipalities of the Region, and whose main object or purpose is directly related to the cultural activity to be developed for which the subsidy is requested. Second. Objective To encourage the implementation of activity projects related to music, theater, image, plastic arts, traditional culture, publications, exchanges, cultural competitions, meetings and in general all those programs or activities to promote culture in its broadest sense, that are developed in one of the municipalities of the Aranda Region. Likewise, the goal is to ensure that the scheduled activities are framed within a permanent action program, capable of generating stable projects, as opposed to specific actions, thus avoiding the seasonal concentration of activities at certain times of the year. Third. Regulatory bases General Regional Subsidies Ordinance, the text of which was published in BOPZ No. 20, dated January 26, 2017 and BOPZ No. 277, dated December 2, 2017. Fourth. Amount The total expense derived from the granting of subsidies referred to in this call amounts to 18,000.00 euros, which will be attributed to the budget application 3340.48000 of the budget of the Aranda Region for the year 2025. The amount to be granted to each beneficiary may not exceed 80% of the eligible activity, with a maximum amount per project of 3,000.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline Interested parties will have to submit the standardized documentation established in the call within a period of twenty calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. The documentation will be submitted electronically at the Electronic Headquarters of the Comarca del Aranda (https://comarcaaranda.sedelectronica.es/info.0) or in any of the Registries provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth. Other information The documentation provided will be as detailed below: 1.-Grant application, Form S.1. 2.-Copy of the Statutes. 3.-Copy of the CIF of the Association. 4.-Copy of the Registry of Associations of the Autonomous Community of Aragon. 5.-Explanatory report of the project or program of activities. Model S.2. The documentation provided for in sections 2, 3 and 4 must only be provided in cases in which a subsidy is requested for the first time or the justifying requirements are modified; in the remaining cases it will be replaced by a responsible declaration in the terms provided in model S1. The models of documents to be presented are also available on the website (www.comarcadelaranda.com) and at the Electronic Headquarters of the Aranda Region.
